Hey there! I'm Abbey, I'm a sixteen year old lifestyle blogger and entrepreneur. Now, I know what you're thinking. I don't have a degree, I'm not a health expert and I don't have any special training. Well, to answer that question, you are right. I don't. But what I do have is life experience.
Having gone through anxiety, depression and trauma, I have learned so much about my mind and body just by experience. That isn't to say that I haven't done my research, however. But it is to say that I'm not your typical teenage girl and that I am just like you.
