Let’s jump right in!
For those in your life who are struggling with creativity, mindset or intentional living, these gifts are for them.
First on the list is Lavendaire’s 2018 Artist of Life Workbook. If someone close to you is lacking creativity, or needs a mindset shift, her workbook is for them. It’s only $38, and it’s chock full of helpful resources for lifestyle design.
Secondly, I highly recommend the book You Are A Badass by Jen Sincero. You can read my review of it here, but to sum up my thoughts, I’ll just say it is a motivational wonder.
Finally, you can check out this bundle of meditations from one of my favorite spiritual teachers, Gabby Bernstein. This one is definitely on my list, and it’s sure to be a treasure for every person in your life.
Does your loved one deal with physical illness? Or maybe they just want to feel their best in their body? If you recognize them in any of these categories, then these gifts are for them.
First, a book that I currently saving my life (review coming soon): WomanCode by Alisa Vitti. If your loved one is a woman who deals with issues like Endometriosis, PCOS, Fibroids or the like, this is the book for them. Alisa breaks down the endocrine system and gives you practical steps to help you balance your hormones and put your symptoms in remission. Needless to say, one of my favorite books this year.
Know someone who is trying to go organic, but Whole Foods is out of their reach? I’ve got the perfect gift-a Thrive Market subscription. Thrive Market is an online, affordable, organic marketlace. They have a wide selection of organic foods and products to choose from, and their delivery is fast. I’ve ordered from them before, and shipping took two days to be delivered straight to my door. You can’t go wrong with this gift.
Know someone trying to break into the health scene? Lee From America’s guide to meal prep is a great gift for them. Not only is it packed full of info on meal prep, but it also include recipes to follow for inspiration. It’s the perfect beginner’s wellness gift.
Is one of your relatives into self-exploration? Maybe turning into a spiritual guru? These are the gifts for them:
If your loved one is looking for a spiritual teacher, look no further than Gabrielle Bernstein. She is the very definition of guru, and her book Trust in The Universe, is the ultimate guide for those curious about faith. It’s one of my all-time favorite reads, and your loved ones will thank you for it.
One of the most amazing gifts I got this year was a subscription to Skillshare. Skillshare gives you video lessons on a wide range of topics in the sphere creativity and art. If your loved one loves gardening, painting, design or the like, they’ll love Skillshare.
Does your loved one like to draw inward? Then they’ll love a mala. These special gemstones can be used for intention setting and meditation. My favorite place to get them is Mama Malas. They’re made with love by a sustainable store, and I think that adds even more to the gift process.
